The Caretaker is an ode to our good friend Uncle George. To say we are blessed to have him as a part of our Sand City family would be an understatement, and if you’re lucky enough to know him - you get what we mean. ⁣

We took a tip from George’s favorite session-able IPAs and went with Citra, Amarillo, and Motueka hops for a crisp, clean and refreshing finish.
