Double Mashing allows us to produce bigger body and mouth feel on an IPA this strong without leaning too much on granulated sugar.

That bigger body and higher terminal gravity helps to keep the alcohol burn at bay a bit more. We pile on that bulky canvas with Superdelic, Nectaron, Rakau, and Citra-Lupocore hops.

We then hit it with a charge of Kohia Nelson Subzero Hop kief (passionfruit infused high oil extract) cohesively forming this palate coating and intensively oil driven experience of candied citrus, zesty citrus, passionfruit, and oolong tea notes
