An India Pale Ale brewed with Pale Malt, Caramel, and Wheat. Dry hopped intensely with Citra and Simcoe hops. Fermented with our House ale yeast.

A session IPA named after our Brewmaster's newest son. A touch of rye and wheat add to the  body of this beer. Dry hopped intensely with Mosaic and Equinox hops. 




Brewed with Pilsner malt and Dextrose. This Belgian strong ale has a dry finish considering its high ABV.

Belgian style ale. Hopped exclusively with East Kent Goldings and fermented with our House Belgian Yeast. 


Black Ipa

Chocolate malt contributes to the roasted character of this India Pale Ale. Brewed in Chinook, Simcoe, and Centennial hops.

A beautiful red ale with a bitterness that balances out the caramel and chocolate malt. Dry hopped with Columbus and Citra hops. 



Pale Ale 6.2%

Brewed with caramel malt, 2 row barley and our House Yeast. A balanced hop profile with notes of fruit.

A sour beer conditioned atop 200 lbs of freshly puréed blueberries. Beautifully tart and refreshing.


Even Mo' Mofo

Imperial ipa 8.5%

We created an amplified version of our Mofosaic IPA brewed with English and American pale malts and flaked oats. Hopped intensely and singularly with Mosaic hops. 


Breakfast stout 7.5%

Stout brewed with locally sourced roasted coffee beans from our friends at Southdown Coffee in Huntington, NY. A rich, chocolatey ale that's a perfect alternative to coffee on any morning..

India Pale Ale brewed with copious amounts of oats. Hopped with our favorite American hops and fermented with out House ale yeast  



IPA 6.5%

Brewed with pale malt, caramel, and wheat. So intensely hopped that you may need a change of pants. 


Beech Fire

Brewed with beechwood smoked barley. Hints of tobacco, caramel, and molasses are balanced by soft English hops and our House Yeast. 


Groundhog Shadow

Double IPA 8.2%

Brewed with 2 row and caramel malt. Hopped with Simcoe, Centennial, Amarillo, and Columbus hops. 


Second Wave

Imperial ipa 8%

Brewed with flaked wheat, 2 row, and Pilsner malts. Double dry-hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Chinook, and Mosaic hops.



Sesson IPA 4.8%

Our session IPA is brewed with Equinox hops. This one makes the deserted island beer list every time.
